Congratulations to Flatrock Community Church...

We had an amazing time at the first annual Kyle Hutchison Memorial 3v3 Tournament. The turn out was amazing, and the talent was top notch! In the youth division, the team from Lighthouse Christian took out the Christians Warriors in the finals. And for the main event, Flatrock Community Church defeated a couple KH Memorial Fund recipients Eric Bihembo and Antwan Duncan in the finals of the adult division. We can't wait for next year!

History

The Carpenter’s Square began with a focus on aiding graduating seniors in the next phase of their lives. We would help this students apply for college, aid them in finding employment, or simply just love and mentor them as they navigated their way to productive adulthood.

We realized that housing was an issue and in 2009 the first house was purchased and a few others followed that. These houses were often used for youth and single moms. Over the past seven years, over 51 young people or families in need have lived in these homes.

The Lord continued to grow the vision of Carpenter’s Square and In 2015 we acquired a property on Nolensville Rd. This newly acquired complex would allow us to fulfill the mission that the Lord set on our hearts: to be a collaborative fellowship bringing ministries together to more effectively share the love of Jesus Christ and to serve the multicultural communities of South Nashville.

Today, Carpenter’s Square seeks to be a hub in the community with an always expanding list of happenings! Join us as we show the love of Jesus Christ to this growing community!

No matter where you are from, we are glad you are here, and glad you are our neighbor.
